I. COVID-19 EXPOSURE RISK – Please be aware that there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present, especially where close contact with others is unavoidable. COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease that can result in severe illness and even death. By attending the conference, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with exposure or infection related to COVID-19 and release TORTX from any liability in connection with such exposure or infection.
II. CANCELLATION POLICY – Registrants who cancel 14 DAYS before the first day of the conference will be able to receive a 50% refund. After that, all fees are non-refundable.
III. ATTENDANCE RESTRICTIONS – Only registered attendees of TORTX are permitted to attend any TORTX affiliated events. Any individual found in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the event or staging area.
IV. PHOTOGRAPHY CONSENT – Photographers will be present at TORTX, capturing images of various events. By attending TORTX, you consent your photo and likeness to be used in future marketing promotions.
V. PROFESSIONALISM – All attendees are expected to maintain complete business professionalism, both in conduct and attire. Attendees agree to correct any concerns about professionalism identified by TORTX, and failure to comply will result in being asked to leave any TORTX event or staging area.
